I recently purchased a '76 TS-400 with less than 4000 miles. Just wonderin' if anyone who has had experience with this bike could tell me anything about its off-road capabilities. So far, all I've heard is love it/hate it, but no specific reasons why. Thanks for your help.

Great bike, good power. They were durable bikes in their day. It will get you in the woods, no problem. For off road use I would change the rear spocket(more teeth). Suzuki tried to strike a balance between on and off road gearing on these bikes that some riders didn't care for
