Hi Mate,
I live about thirty minutes from Merthyr. I think my bike could ride to Crickhowell on it's own now given the amount of times it's been there - good roads for biking!
I get up North now and again with work, usually Glasgow RI, Dundee Ninewells and Edinburgh RI, oh and obviously for the rugby on occasions.
