So I'm looking for a little assistance or guidance (I'm new). I'm going to get my 86' Intruder 700 painted and am wondering on what colors you people think look good. Yes, I know many will bring up its what looks good to you, everyone is different, yadda yadda yadda:roll:. But even so share your thoughts on what would look good on an old cruiser! I like darker colors because they bring out the chrome bits, but am open to suggestions. Looking for a color that is different from the average bike. Right now I'm thinking a black cherry candy or a black gold.

Anyways, shoot me some suggestions!

I like two tone colours on the VS. Two dark colours separated by a gold pinstrip on the tank and mudguards with other covers a single colour.
Another thought is to use a dark colour separated by a light colour like cream, that sets off the style of the bike IMO.

I'd just say there are some I would stay away from like hot pink or some shades of purple.
That and anything pastel lol.

Red...hot red like my libido...although at my age its more likely due to an infection. I will be getting a new Mitsubishi pickup and thats the colour its gonna be!
