My friend and I purchased some s40's last september and we've been thinking about getting some windshields. It seems as though the one that suzuki makes for the s40 would probably be a bit too low for our liking. We'd also like to have a windshield that we could remove easily if we wanted to ride without it. Does anyone have any suggestions for a good windshield for the s-40?

The shield itself should only com to the bridge of your nose.

We realize it should come to your nose...

but the suzuki s40 windshield would actually hit somewhere around chest level. So I'm looking for suggestions for something higher that would work on the s40.

You might take a look at the National Cycle offerings. I had one for my last bike and it worked pretty well. They also offer something called the switchblade system that is supposed to be able to make it mount and remove the windshield quickly and easily. Try the following links.
