I am thinking of getting this bike and I would like to hear pros/cons to this bike from some riders who either own it or have ridin one.

I am either getting gs500f or a ninja 500. I love the look of both bikes But as far as ride quality because I am new I don't know what I want.

The GS500F is just a dressed up version of the GS500. I've heard only good things about the GS500. Reliable machines.

The EX500 is also pretty reliable. I know a few people who have them and have for some years now. The main differences between the two would be look and ths GS is aircooled while the EX is liquid-cooled.

Both GREAT bike to start out into this sport.

I THINK THE GS 500F LOOKS A LIITLE MORE MODERN.. MY FREIND JUST PURCHASED THE YELLOW ONE.. ITS A SHARP BIKE..

I just bought a 2004 GS500F because I preferred it over my buddies Ninja. Go with whatever makes you smile. But it is a great beginner bike.


PS ... My wife is learning to ride it and wants me to give it to her!!!
