I like it. I think it looks great. I ride a 2G Bandit, so it doesn't get much uglier than what I'm currently humping.

I go with the emission thing. That, and it just wouldn't be worthwhile once it met US Federal safety standards (emissions, max speed governing, visibility, etc.)
