WILL GSX-R PLASTIC FIT ON KATANA?

I AM GETTING A 92 KATANA FROM A FRIEND AND I WAS WONDERING IF I COULD MAKE IT LOOK SLIGHTLY MORE SPORTY BY PUTTING THE GSXR PLASTIC ON IT? HAS ANYONE DONE THIS?

why would you want to change the shape of the old (pre 1998) gsx...f ?
I can understand with the large plastic donkey looking things they make now, but the old shape ones looked small and sporty enough.
