Hi guys,
I'm having issues with my current windshield (Spitfire... fastens to handlebar..quick release type). It will NOT stay tight and slips every time I ride with the nuts/fasteners almost completely working loose. It came on bike when I bought it (used). Thinking of replacing it with another type that might be a little sturdier. Looking at the Givi A31 Universal Airstar on Revzilla.com. But I'm wondering if the Givi might look overbearing or TO big for my little Rebel 250. I'm 5'7 & 145 lbs so would like something to give me more protection in coming cooler months to direct wind up and over me, one that would not obstruct my field of vision, AND one that will stay in place and not have to be tightened repeatedly several times during my ride.

Please give me your biased or unbiased opinions馃槂... looking for options!
Thanks!!

I don't have any experience with those particular windshields but as far as keeping things in place, try a bit of loctite blue on the screws. The blue loctite should keep things snuggly in place. Do NOT use loctite red.
