hey guy's i just dropped my bike i left the f...in rotor lock on and it hit the bottom of the fork. well my problem is that my brakes are soft i have to pump them to get a grap and as well it is hard when you pump at a stand still but when you roll the lever becomes soft til you pump it . Does anyone have an idea to sort out this problem?

Sounds like the integrity of the system has been compromised. Somehwere, you've developed a leak (or at least an air infiltration). Since you haven't mentioned any leaks, I'd recommend tracing the entire front brake system from teh master cylinder, down to the calipers and look for hairline cracks.

You may need a shop to take care of it.

I was going to say change your brake fluid if there is still any problems after you fix the rotor. If that doesn't help (this may sound stupid) but take everything apart then put it back together......you would be suprised how often that can fix problems.

The rotor was the problem. As the wheel spins, the bent rotor forces the caliper apart. It then takes several pumps of the brake to tighten it up, since it has been spread much farther than it ordinarily would have been.
